Course Description
This interactive workshop is designed to help participants to embrace the agile mindset shift and develop resilience to adopt to changing business environment. Changing our mindset is not an easy task, this workshop, will guide participants to internalize an inside-out way of experiencing the reality, by becoming self-aware of internal strength and core passion. Participants will gain deeper insight in articulating the mission and vision of their department connected to the agile leadership values. During this workshop, participants will integrate the agile mindset, and the Agile Leadership framework to inspire behavioral change and create flexible structure that is adaptable to uncertain environment, while advancing organization’s business results.

Explore the Agile Leadership mindset
- Understand how to transition from reactive to creative mind-sets (performance, emotional or intellectual capability).
- Examine your capability and reframe any outside-in approach to an inside-out capability.
- Foster innovative team environment by shifting certainty to discovery mindset.
- Fostering collaboration in promoting a network of autonomous, self-managed teams shifting from authority to partnership mindset.

- Understand how Self Defense Mechanism shapes the root of our behavior, and how to manage these mechanisms in ourselves and in others to bypass resistance.
- Master strategies to give positive feedback, constructive feedback and negative feedback; while bypassing resistance and maintaining trust.
- Through questioning effective strategy and indirect suggestions, coach subordinates to uncover the right answers to which they would be committed.
